Working Hours: Monday to Friday

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food to the staff and clients. Working alongside a dedicated team of chefs, you’ll create high-quality dishes using the best seasonal ingredients, ensuring every plate reflects excellence.

• Assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Create high-quality dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Develop and execute innovative menus to meet client and staff expectations
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
• Manage kitchen stock levels and control food waste
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and qualityOur Ideal Candidate Will:
• Have previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
• Be creative and passionate about food
• Possess strong leadership and communication skills
• Be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Have a deep understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
