About the team.

We're seeking a Category Admin Assistant to join our Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) & Floorcare team which covers brands and product types across kitchen appliances, floorcare and heating & cooling.

This is a really exciting time for our SDA & Floorcare category as we are focusing on a new strategy and your role will be pivotal in helping us to deliver this with strong performance against our KPIs

You would work with large well known brands such as Shark, Ninja, Dyson and Vax. Collaborating with them to deliver brand strategies and forge impactful partnerships.

About the role.
  • Implement and process all supported promotional plans & communications, ensuring all supplier revenue is loaded correctly and on time alongside.
  • Utilise pricing tools to assist the category in market analysis and contribute to pricing recommendations under supervision.
  • Co-ordinate the end-to-end product setup process from initiation to launch, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Ensure all range and availability data is accurately input to ensure on-sale administrative tasks are carried out accordingly.
  • Generate routine reports for the category team and external partners, providing administrative support and data analysis as needed.
About you.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Solutions and delivery focused, a highly organised individual who can work under pressure and obsess over the customer.
  • Ability to work at pace in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently, efficiently managing personal time, priorities, and to-do lists to meet objectives effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adapts to change and demonstrates resilience.
