Education Recruitment Resourcer / Candidate Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in the coordination of interviews and candidate assessments.
• Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients.
• Support recruitment consultants with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and online job boards.
• A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the sector.
• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus but not essential.
