Are you an experienced Integration Developer, who has the knowledge to integrate data from different systems into the core patient record? Are you looking to learn something new and take on a new challenge? If so, then come and join the eHospital Electronic Patient Record (EPR) team building and maintaining the integration between multiple hospital systems and Epic.

You will work as part of the eHospital Interfaces team and the role will involve the detailed analysis of integration messages and technologies, working with various subject matter experts within the eHospital team, the wider NHS and suppliers to understand the technicalities of integrating these systems into Epic.

We are seeking individuals who have appropriate qualifications, technical skills and NHS experience who are keen to become an Epic Bridges expert. You will always endeavor to produce the highest quality results by working constructively with a range of staff at all levels.

You will oversee a team of integration analysts who support and work to improve the integration tools and interfaces between Epic and other clinical and nonclinical systems.

You will be required to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. In particular you will need to develop and deliver complex technical and process concepts to large groups of internal and external senior clinical and management staff.

You will work with operational and clinical staff to develop training and local support strategies to enable staff to realise the benefits from Epic optimisation projects. You will also work with analysts from other Epic application teams.
