The Person
The successful Finance Manager for this west end based real estate firm will be qualified, ACA or ACCA, with around 1 to 3 years of post qualification experience. Real estate experience, either investment, construction, home builder or developer, is a must for this role.Above all, the Finance Manager will be an ambitious self starter.

My client is a small but growing real estate investment firm based in London's west end. They have a diverse portfolio within real estate and are continuing to diversity with ambitious growth plans. They operate on a hybrid working policy with one day at home.
Salary & Benefits
The Finance Manager for this growing real estate investment boutique in central London will receive a salary of £70,000-£80,000 (highly dependent on experience) plus a competitive bonus and benefits package.
