Job Description
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, onboarding materials, and induction schedules.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and values.
  • Liaise with IT and facilities teams to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources from day one.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics related to recruitment and employee onboarding.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training sessions, and diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations that may impact HR and recruitment practices.
  • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment support.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks for shortlisted candidates, ensuring their qualifications and experience align with the role requirements.
  • Coordinate background checks as needed, ensuring all checks are completed before extending job offers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • CIPD Level 3
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and diverse environment.
  • Experience in a similar role
