A boutique property investment company is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. They are looking for someone who can make this role their own, be warm and welcoming and think fast on their feet if issues arise.This is a temporary to permanent opportunity and they're based in the heart of the West End. Hours are 8.45am-5.30pm and the salary is offering up to £38,000 per annum. What you'll do:
Switchboard – answering and transferring callsMeeting and greeting guests - logging them onto guest database Distribute and scan post Order stationeryBook couriers and taxis Update databases Liaise with other teams including hospitality, building management and cleaning company Franking Ensure the reception area is kept well-presented at all times
