Job Description

The Finance Assistant will:

• Oversee the Purchase Ledger, including processing invoices and payments
• Maintaining accurate financial records and carrying out bank reconciliations
• Support the finance team in day-to-day operations
• Communicating effectively with various departments for finance-related matters
• Providing administrative support to the finance team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• A relevant educational background in finance, accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a team and independently
• Understanding of financial regulations and procedures

• An hourly wage c.£13.50
