Teaching Personnel is looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Maths to join a secondary school in Basingstoke. This full-time position is set to begin in November 2024, offering the opportunity to teach across the age and attainment range at both Key Stage 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Teaching: Deliver high-quality Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4, ensuring that lessons are engaging, challenging, and accessible to all learners.
  • Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver a broad, balanced, and relevant Maths curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
  • Student Support: Monitor and support the progress and development of students, providing regular feedback and assessments.
  • Collaborative Working: Work closely with other departments and staff members to ensure the best learning outcomes for students.
  • Professional Development: Engage in opportunities for personal and professional growth within the school.
  • Departmental Support: Collaborate with the Maths department to improve the standards of teaching and student achievement within the subject.
Who Should Apply?
  • Qualified Maths teachers with experience teaching at secondary school level.
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and unqualified teachers are also encouraged to apply, provided they are enthusiastic and ready to develop their teaching career.
