The Role
As a Junior Bullion Broker, you will be responsible for analysing and assessing warm leads to identify potential sales opportunities, qualifying prospects for further engagement and conversion, and supporting the company's overall sales function.All enquiries are warm and inbound calls from people looking to invest in gold or silver.

Role responsibilities- Connect with warm leads to gather their needs and requirements.
- Analyse and assess enquiries to identify potential sales opportunities, qualifying prospects for further engagement and conversion.
- Cultivate relationships with clients to help cross-sell and up-sell products.
- Undertake administration that supports the company's sales function, including using a bespoke CRM and databases.
- Write blogs and articles for the website and financial press.
- Source, explore, and secure intermediary arrangements with introducers to earn continuing commissions.
- Create distribution channels through IFA sales to enhance volume-based repetitive orders.
- Cultivate and develop business infrastructure through marketing, innovative ideas, and additional revenue-generating mechanisms.
- Grow the entire business in line with the company's goals, objectives, and values.

Sales Development:
- Attend training sessions to learn advanced sales techniques.
- Understand the company's products/services and their benefits.
- Address client questions and objections.
Sales Support:
- Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Prepare sales presentations, product documentation, and materials.
- Assist the Sales Coordinator in organising sales and marketing events.
Requirements
o Minimum of 2 years’ relevant sales experience.
o Prior experience of using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
o A confident communicator, both verbal and written.
o Resilient and hardworking.
o Have a ‘can do’ approach and is tenacious.
o Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to cope with changing priorities.
o A team player who can work on their own initiative.
o Good time-management and planning skills.
o A diligent approach to work with a keen eye for detail .

Benefits
Package & Hours
o Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm (1-hour lunch break).
o £25,000 per annum basic salary.
o Realistic OTE of £50,000 per annum

o Hybrid – 3 days in our new London office, 2 days working from home.
