Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 base salary OTE £60,000 +

The Role:
At Kinetico, we need great people. Therefore, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaging individual with in-home selling experience to join our growing team. You will be the face of Kinetico in our customer’s homes, providing in home demonstrations and tailored recommendations to suit the customers water treatment needs.
You will need to have a proactive and independent approach to achieve our sales targets and be willing to learn about new products and services launched to our UK customers.
As a Field Sales Representative, your role will involve educating customers at their properties, introducing them to Kinetico, and showcasing our award-winning products. As part of your visit, you will conduct various tests and demonstrations, providing solutions tailored to their home.Your goal is to seamlessly convert these engagements into sales, liaise with your planners to arrange installations, and establish ongoing relationships by ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will receive warm leads sourced from our call centre and your responsibility is to efficiently convert these leads into successful sales.
You will also be expected to actively seek and build your own lead generation and pipeline, bringing thoughtful and diligent ideas to lead creation.
Previous experience in plumbing or water treatment is helpful, but it is not essential. However, engaging and building relationships with our customers whilst providing “exceptional” customer service is vital in ensuring we achieve our growth ambitions.

Skills and Experience:- Sales experience (minimum 2 years)
- In-home customer or face to face sales experience (Preferred)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to learn about new products and service
- Independent, hungry to win and highly self-motivated
- Flexible working hours to meet customer demands

It’s not a problem if you are not an expert in the plumbing or water treatment industry, as training and upskilling will be provided during our intensive induction programme.
