Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Motivate and mentor a high-performing team of directors and managers, driving exceptional care and operational excellence.
• Quality & Compliance: Oversee service delivery to ensure regulatory standards and internal policies are consistently met and exceeded.
• Growth & Innovation: Develop and drive strategies for sustainable growth, identifying opportunities in existing and new markets.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, enhance commercial performance, and ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with commissioners, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• An experienced leader in the social care sector with a track record of delivering exceptional performance.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large P&Ls.
• A values-driven individual with outstanding people management and mentorship skills.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
