The Area Operations Manager will support the outworking of our new ‘1000 Voices Homelessness Services Strategy’. You will form a key part of the area management team, ensuring the development, mission fit, quality, compliance and sustainability of all Homelessness Services expressions within the Bristol, Swindon, Plymouth and Cornwall.
We are looking for people with management, strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to navigate the complexities of change. We value; trauma-informed leadership skills, the ability to influence and adapt, great communication and relationship management, the ability to develop a positive team culture, flexibility, creative problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and skills in conflict resolution.
