We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Asset Manager (Band 4) to join our dynamic team. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement asset management strategies to maximize value and minimize risks.
Monitor asset performance and conduct regular analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage the acquisition and disposition of assets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with financial analysts to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models for assets.
Lead cross-functional teams in asset-related projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform investment decisions.
Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, outlining asset performance and strategic recommendations.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in asset management or a similar role, with a track record of success.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in asset management software and financial modeling tools.
Attention to detail and a high level of organization to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Hours Per Week: 36.00

Pay Per Day: £172.24
