Job Description- Maintain and update human resources data records.
- Working with the Global company to implement a new HR and Payroll System.
- Provide reports to the HR team and management as required.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Assist in the development of data management systems and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
A successful People Data Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Ideally HRIS and Cascade
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Good understanding of HR processes and terms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
What's on Offer
Hybrid Working 3 days, 2 days required for Office based in Leeds.
£14 per hour working 37.5 hours per week
