Job Description
  • Maintain and update human resources data records.
  • Working with the Global company to implement a new HR and Payroll System.
  • Provide reports to the HR team and management as required.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the development of data management systems and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People Data Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Ideally HRIS and Cascade
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and terms.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

What's on Offer

Hybrid Working 3 days, 2 days required for Office based in Leeds.

£14 per hour working 37.5 hours per week
