As an Executive Assistant, you will be an integral part of their team, providing high-level support to executives and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Inform and communicate; Ensure the distribution of necessary information to and from the manager(s) and department. Filter and orient communications to relevant parties
  • Write and handle; Handle office work to discharge the manager(s), allowing him/her to concentrate on decision making. Can be brought to handle specific projects within the department; achieve organised secretarial work; support annual budget establishment of the department(s); keep statistics up to date.
  • Plan and coordinate; Handle the manager(s)'s agenda, respecting pre-established rules; organise meetings/travel, understand the manager(s)'s tasks.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience in the luxury retail industry or a similar sector

Technologies:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
