Customer Service Executive

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Cyber Security Training Business in their search for a Customer Service Executive to work from their offices in Swansea.

For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering:

• Salary £25,000 p/annum
• Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00
• Permanent

• Responsible for managing inbound and outbound enquiries
• Assisting customers with their information requests about cyber security training courses
• Liaise to customers with fluent EU language skills
• Correspond with customers via email and live chat in their native language about course information and costs
• Ensure excellent customer service during each contact.

• European Language Skill: Italian, Dutch, German, or French - ESSENTIAL
• Previous Customer Service Experience gained from office environment - DESIREABLE
• Knowledge of IT / Cyber Security - DESIREABLE
