Service Account Coordinator - Wellingborough

Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression are the market leader in kitchen fire suppression systems, we design, install and maintain systems for customers across the UK including hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals and fast food outlets. We are currently looking to appoint a new Service Account Coordinator which will be based at our Head Office in Wellingborough.

Basic Salary – upto £26,000 per annum depending on experience

Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression’s Service Account Coordinator/Scheduler’s

Process customer maintenance orders for Ansul Fire Suppression Systems to completion. Efficiently and profitably schedule and dispatch Ansul Engineers on behalf of Marlowe Fire Kitchen Suppression in order to complete maintenance visits in line with customer requirements and industry standards.

Requires excellent customer service skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. The role requires a proactive approach and excellent personal interaction with all departments within the business supporting our Customer Charter.

  • Preparing jobs for Scheduling of service visits in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with your Engineers, and colleagues to ensure all calls are actioned and timescales are met.
  • Work closely with your manager to meet customer expectations.
  • Liaise with key clients over the phone to enhance both internal & external working relationships.
  • Preparing monthly maintenance jobs for processing.
  • Setting up new maintenance jobs and contracts for new sites
  • Data Entry on CRM system
  • Raising supplier purchase orders
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Produce and execute weekly reporting of customers’ accounts
  • Preparing RAMS & Permits where required for site access
  • Monitor and update customer Portals to ensure real time visibility, Sending out completion documentation to customers
  • Raising invoices for completed scheduled maintenance and remedial works
  • Reviewing stock for engineers on jobs
  • General administration duties

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

As well as having all the usual attributes of a great Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression employee, such as; a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, well presented and professional at all times, ability to work alone and as part of a team….. For this specific opportunity, we are looking for candidates who offer:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Scheduling / Planning / Coordinating role.
  • Experience of Scheduling Field based colleagues, such as Engineers would be an ideal background, however, other similar industry experience would be considered and welcomed.
  • Familiarity of using in house and external systems and databases
  • Proactive approach to management of workload.
  • Clear communicator with good telephone manner with colleagues and customers
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Confident approach
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Highly organised with ability to use initiative to organise and prioritise
  • Calm under pressure
  • Confidence in working to meet deadlines
  • Dynamic and forward thinking
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative where applicable
