We have a vacancy for a full time Modern Foreign Languages Teacher; a French specialist is preferred. The successful candidate will also be Second in Department who will inspire our pupils and help them enjoy the subject. The core purpose of this post is to teach French to KS3 and KS4.

It is expected that the successful candidate will consistently plan and deliver outstanding lessons within the department.

Key Responsibilities

To support the Head of Department in leading the development and implementation of the new curriculum throughout KS3 and KS4.
To review and improve the Teaching and Learning throughout the department, delivering specific CPD when necessary and monitor its impact on student progress.
To ensure students’ thrive in their learning journey and raise the profile of the department through celebration of students’ achievements.
