The BOA Group are seeking to appoint a motivated, dedicated and aspirational Cover Supervisor to join the team at BOA Digital Technologies Academy

Currently comprising of three academies – ‘BOA Creative, Digital and Performing Arts’ (opened in 2011), ‘BOA Stage and Screen Production Academy’ (opened in 2021) and ‘BOA Digital Technologies’ (opened in September 2022) – located in the centre of Birmingham and within the hub of the creative and digital industries in the West Midlands, we benefit from superb facilities for academic, vocational and extra-curricular activities.
THE ROLE:
BOA Group is seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor, working alongside the wider staff and leaders to provide excellence across the Group. The role will be primarily based at BOA Digital Technologies Academy with travel to other BOA locations as required.
The post holder will provide cover supervision for whole classes when the teacher is absent at Key Stage 4 and Post 16. This role will include the supervisions of personalised learning sessions at Key Stage 4 and other supporting learning activities when there is no staff absence which will include running small group intervention and mentoring key students.
