Position: Full-Time Year 4 Teacher

Pay (per day): £157.66

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to varying abilities and learning styles.
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to support a challenging class.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4.
- Strong understanding of the Welsh Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and adaptable approach to teaching.
