Finance Manager - Warwickshire - Royal Leamington Spa

This position offers the successful applicant project management skills to deliver improved financial management reports, streamlining processes and timescale improvements for all statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

Alongside BAU your project duties will extend to:

• Group consolidations and developments that will improve the team improvements.
• Enhancing all entities reporting whilst ensuring substantial improvements.
• Encouraged, to review complex data and appropriately challenge and optimise work.
• Reviewing intercompany requirements and timely deadlines.
• Presenting new ways of working to include supply chain margin analysis, whilst establishing best practice.
• Managing cross-functional teams in driving projects through business case assessment and investment, appraisal to implementation.
• Utilising knowledge of the wider global market and understanding business capabilities to apply change whilst formulating improved managerial decisions.

• Ensuring the timely delivery of all management reporting.
• Cash flow management and forecasting.
• Business partnering throughout to achieve goals.
• Overseeing the working with the auditors.

To be considered you will ideally be a chartered accountant – with experience working on big business, high volume, and stock centric, company audits. Up to date with IFRS coupled with extensive consolidation knowledge.
