DWF are seeking an experienced Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE or an experienced Paralegal with Telecoms experience to join the Real Estate team in Edinburgh or Glasgow to work predominantly for our market leading telecoms clients.
Our telecoms expertise is renowned and we act for big, UK-wide electronic communications operators. This work covers all aspects of asset management, from lease renewals under the Communications Act and Electronic Communications Code, acquisition of new sites, access issues, upgrades and the legal agreements required for the roll out of new technologies such as 5G
We will consider candidates interested in achieving dual qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial landlord and tenant law in the context of telecommunications mast sites including site acquisitions, upgrades, renewals, estates matters, site sharing and forced site moves.
- Providing support to the Real Estate Litigation team in Electronic Communications Code litigation matters.

Essential Criteria- Experience of EITHER telecoms law and the new Electronic Communications Code OR Landlord and Tenant Asset Management
- Driven by the desire to deliver a world-class client service
- Ability and desire to develop lasting relationships with clients

- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and KPIs
