Job Description- Manage a caseload of litigated RTA personal injury claims from inception to conclusion.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Liaise with third parties, insurers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct negotiations to secure fair settlements for clients.
- Prepare and present cases for court proceedings if necessary.
- Stay updated on recent legal developments in the personal injury field.
- Contribute to team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
- Maintain high levels of client service and care at all times.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Injury Solicitor should have:
- A qualification as a Solicitor with PQE in personal injury law.
- Candidates with good litigation experience willing to retrain as a personal injury solicitor will be considered.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A high level of proficiency in legal research and drafting.
- The ability to manage and prioritise a high-volume workload.
- A competitive salary in the range of £44,000 to £50,000 plus bonus.
