Education and Training

• Deliver engaging and effective GCSE English and Maths tutoring sessions to students in the East of England area.
• Develop tailored lesson plans to meet the individual learning needs of students.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their academic performance.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student education.
• Participate in outreach activities to promote the tutoring services and engage with the local community.
• A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience in tutoring.
• Strong knowledge of the GCSE English and Maths curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

• Proficiency in educational technology tools for remote tutoring.
• Understanding of diverse learning styles and strategies to accommodate them.
• Organisational skills to manage lesson planning and student progress effectively.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Additional qualifications in Special Education or related fields.
• Part-Time hours, with flexibility in scheduling.
• Travel within the East of England area may be required for outreach activities.
