PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE a) To maintain and develop the Kings Maudsley Partnership governance structures to strengthen and facilitate collaborative working. b) To ensure robust plans in place for delivering the Kings Maudsley Partnership Roadmap, that include the identification of key milestones and risks.
c) To identify and measure the key benefits from implementing changes to working practices and service pathways CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND ENGAGEMENT d) To work with and develop relationships with key stakeholders to oversee the robust and effective delivery of new working practices and patterns as part of the Kings Maudsley Partnership.
e) To work with clinical and academic teams to ensure that there are robust operational plans for services that reflect agreed and improved ways of working to maximise engagement with research. f) To lead and embed agreed changes in ways of working between clinical and academic teams: for example a.
via the development of the Kings Maudsley Partnership communities of practice, which enable clinical and academic collaboration and a more research active culture b. via the expansion of a research for all offer, engaging more CYP and families in research in the new Pears Centre.
g) To effectively communicate with staff across the Partnership to promote the benefits of collaboration; across discovery, translation and implementation. h) To provide regular updates, progress reports and risk reports into the Kings Maudsley Partnership working group and Board.
