We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our leadership team and ensure the smooth operation of executive functions.

Your new role

This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with previous experience in an NHS or private clinic. You will be responsible for high-level administrative support, managing executive schedules, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication between departments.

  • Provide executive support to senior management, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
  • Oversee administrative processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for key meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to ongoing projects.
  • Assist in financial administration, including budget tracking and invoice processing.
  • Support compliance with NHS and private healthcare policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant in an NHS or private clinic setting.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of NHS policies and private healthcare operations is essential.
  • Previous experience working with NHS / Private clinics
