Grade F - £30,825 to £34,834 per annum.
Permanent, 37 hours per week

We are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join our small and ambitious HR Team.
The Role
You will be providing people-related insights, advice, guidance and support to our business leaders and colleagues. This couldrange from helping people navigate our policy frameworks, supporting change management initiatives, mediating or resolving complex
employee relations cases or using data and knowledge of current best practice to help inform decision making and prioritise
actions.

What do I need to have?- CIPD qualification Level 3 or equivalent experience
- A proven background in a generalist or employee relations focused HR Advisory or Senior HR administrative role.
- Knowledge of employment law and experience of applying this within case management and continuous improvement activities
- Experience of effectively coaching line managers to resolve HR issues.
- Experience of designing and delivering learning and development material
