We are looking for a creative strategist to join our Content Strategy Team - a cross-business function of strategists and creatives who ensure our content output is purposeful, culturally-relevant , creative and hooked to audience insights

We’re looking for someone who is:

Passionate about content and social media: You understand how platforms build brands and communities and the role they play in achieving broader business goals.

A creative thinker: A creative storyteller: You combine data and insight with creativity, always considering audiences when ideating and developing creative concepts.

A confident communicator: Whether pitching to a client, presenting internally, or collaborating with creatives, you can brief, resolve client challenges and bring people on the journey with you.

Forward-Thinking: You are observant of upcoming trends in digital consumption, technology, culture and can articulate their relevance to brands and organisations.

What you’ll be doing:

Creative Delivery & Execution:

Collaborating closely with creative teams to develop and deliver content strands, from feed-breaking posts to larger-scale campaigns.

Working hands-on to guide the production and execution of content, ensuring it remains aligned with the strategy and resonates with target audiences.

Acting as a creative quality control, ensuring all deliverables are visually and strategically on point.

Leading internal and external brainstorms and working sessions to generate fresh ideas that push boundaries while meeting client expectations.

Creative Strategy & Development:

Crafting audience-first content strategies that deliver against business objectives and platform opportunities.

Translating insights into compelling creative concepts, ensuring ideas are both innovative and actionable.

Designing multi-platform content approaches, focusing on what drives engagement and community growth.

Content Innovation & Expertise

Staying ahead of trends in platforms, creative tools, and audience behaviours to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and effective.

Experimenting with new formats and technologies, like AR, AI, interactive storytelling, or emerging platforms, to keep clients ahead of the curve.

Working with Content Strategy and production leaders to constantly evolve and refine our Creative proposition.

Requirements

A proven track record of developing and delivering creative content on behalf of brands or publishers.

Experience working closely with creative teams to ideate and execute engaging content that resonates with audiences.

Experience working at a sports rightsholder, agency or publisher is not required but a demonstrable understanding of the role that sport plays in people's lives and a passion for sport is.

Confidence in presenting and engaging stakeholders, with a history of impressing and influencing clients.

Demonstrable knowledge of social channels, and industry trends in both existing and new and emerging platforms.

A proactive, self-starting attitude, thriving in environments where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

An interest in consumer behaviour and cultural trends, and the ability to to shape them into innovative strategies.
