Manchester Local Care Organisation have an exciting opportunity for an Band 6 physiotherapist to join our North Manchester Community Rehabilitation Team.
The successful candidate will be part of a highly experienced dedicated Multi-disciplinary Team and have the opportunity to develop both clinical and leadership skills. They will be enthusiastic and have a passion for delivering high quality services to the population of North Manchester.They will hold a varied caseload of patients E.g. Falls, orthopaedics, amputees, frailty.
The team work Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm. The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
Main duties of the job
Assess and treat own caseload of patients in a variety of settings, including patients' homes and clinic.
To act as an autonomous practitioner and source of expertise in these areas to junior staff and other health care professionals.
Undertakes training including audit and evaluation. To be involved in the training and supervision of student physiotherapists.

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential criteria- Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration
- Evidence of postgraduate training/qualifications
SKILLS
Essential criteria- Able to manage a caseload.
- Good communication skills
- Able to convey complex information in an understandable way.
- Supervision skills
- Evidence of service development
MISC
Essential criteria- Holds a full UK Driving license and access to a vehicle for work
EXPERIENCE
Essential criteria- Evidence of relevant training specific to specialism.
- Relevant specialist clinical knowledge.
- Good clinical knowledge relevant to area
- Experience of lone working in the community
- Experience of MDT working
