Marketing and Content Tutor/Coach
The role is remote but some travel to places of employment or Lee House may be required at times.

Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and supporting marketing and content creation Apprentices and ASF/AEB learners within the specialism of Marketing, Content creation and AI.Support with the planning and design of blended curriculum to promote the attainment of retainable Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSB) making reasonable adjustments to meet the individual needs of learners across a wide variety of provisions.
Mark/assess students’ work, provide structured feedback and set and agree development objectives with all key stakeholders.Plan, deliver and record effective 1:2:1 review with learner and their employers.
Accurately track KSB progress of all learners and effectively risk band their timely progress and achievement using additional learner support funds and tools, where necessary, to ensure learners are not disadvantaged.
Support/Drive the periodical review of stakeholder feedback impact tools to amplify the learner and employer voice to facilitate learner and employer led curriculum improvements.
Participate in effective IAG and employer engagement activities to achieve personal targets and replenish individual and departmental apprenticeship caseloads as applicable.
Account manages the client caseload to ensure we retain business, facilitate progression and secure new business.
About you:
Able to create and conceptualise innovate and engaging learning materials for marketing and content creation apprentices.Ability to use relevant Content creation tools and learning tools to a competent level to enhance the learner journey.
Effective Coaching.
Capability to use a variety of digital systems and eLearning platforms to direct and support learners.
Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and procedures.
Skills Required:
At least 3 years vocational industry experience in specialist subject area.Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject.
Experience of supporting learners.
Skill of teaching and learning quality standards especially with regards to OFSTED.
At least 1-2 years within teaching, learning and assessment.
Up to date knowledge of Marketing techniques/professional qualifications as appropriate.
Have or are working towards a Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent qualification.
The role requires up to 3 years’ experience working in the Digital Marketing/Creative Media or IT industry.
