Hays are delighted to support a well-established charity based in Edinburgh to recruit an HR systems Advisor to join their Human Resources team.
Your new role
Working within an established and collaborative team, this role will include a range of generalist HR activities to support the wider business. Key elements of this role will primarily include managing and developing the HRIS, ensuring efficiency and meeting business needs and strategic goals.
Other areas of this role will be HR generalist activities, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, development and implementation of HR policies and Learning & Development. Within this post you will become the subject-matter expert within the HR People system, and be the initial point of contact for supporting managers.
You will also train and coach users across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience working in an HR Advisor role, and will have knowledge and understanding of HR People systems, as well as hands-on technical knowledge of HRIS. You will demonstrate excellent IT skills in MS Office, Outlook and Excel and the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.

- Salary of up to £37,000 dependent on experience
