Employment Solicitor NQ/3 Yrs PQE - Diverse Client base - Progression
I am recruiting for an Employment Solicitor (NQ – 3 years PQE) on behalf of a highly commendable law firm in Northampton, who pride themselves on being a great place to work with a brilliant work life balance, opportunities for development and career progression with over 5 offices and a history going back over 100 years.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 3 years PQE)
- Confident working independently
- Handling your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion
- Providing guidance and mentoring to our more junior team members.
- Employment experience

- Assisting with Modern Slavery Act compliance,
- Playing an integral advisory role with a variety of projects (including re-structuring, changing terms and conditions of employment, and large-scale redundancy exercises),
- Providing strategic advice in connection with Boardroom/SMT disputes,
- Providing ad hoc advice on operational HR matters,
- Assisting with data protection compliance, and
- Representing clients in employment tribunals.
- A salary between £37,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience.

This is a role that will grow with you, and you’ll also have the opportunity to work on projects alongside Corporate & Commercial, Commercial Litigation, and Commercial Property teams. (Most of our teams being recognised by Legal 500).
