We are looking for a IFAS Project Analyst (DATA Analysis, Report Writer)

Position: VAC0112 IFAS Project AnalystLocation: London (hybrid working considered after probation period)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £37,509.67 pa plus travel to work allowance up to £3,700 pa
Contract: Permanent
Benefits: Contributory pension scheme; generous travel to work allowance; 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays per annum, café discount.

About the Role
The IFAS Project Analyst (Data, Report, and Documentation) will play a key role in supporting project execution by analyzing data, generating insightful reports, and managing project documentation. The role also involves creating process flow diagrams and updating NetSuite design documentation, ensuring project deliverables are accurate, consistent, and efficient
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, report writing, and managing project documentation.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems, including design documentation and workflow updates.
- Demonstrated ability to create detailed process flow diagrams using tools like Visio, Lucid chart, or equivalent.
- Advanced skills in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Monday.com, or equivalent.
- Strong aptitude for managing and maintaining documentation within structured systems.
- Willing and able to travel overseas when required to support project initiatives and to document implementation requirements during pre-deployment or post-implementation events.
