• Oversee and manage multiple projects within the Technology Department.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Implement project standards and strive for process improvement.
• Manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for projects.
• Report on project progress, offering viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
• Sitting in meetings, creating minutes and organising actions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager/PMO Analyst should have:

• Proven experience in project management within the Financial Services industry.
• Proficient in project management software tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Someone who is an organiser and a do-er as there will be a lot of legwork involved. They need to be able to roll their sleeves up and do whatever the workstream requires them to do.
• Has had experience of going through a company acquisition.
• Marketing and internal comms knowledge would be useful.
