You will be responsible for providing a customer focussed, high-quality advice and assessment service for people who are threatened with homelessness or are experiencing homelessness.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customers’ circumstances are investigated and their housing and support needs are assessed in accordance with the homelessness legislation, statutory guidance and the Council’s policies and procedures with a view to prevent or relieve homelessness wherever possible.
