The site supports around 1280 patients including a 17 bed inpatient unit. This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit an experienced pharmacist who thrives on working within a fast paced environment and working collaboratively within clinical teams.
The site has an aging population, with high long term conditions and polypharmacy, as part of your role would provide advice on medicines management, clinical screening and deliver structured medication review clinics. If you are interested in development the site also offers the opportunity to complete an independent prescriber course.

Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £57,500 per annum - depending on experience.
