They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their welcoming team on a Permanent basis.
Responsibilities include:First point of communication for all customers via phone and emailProcessing new orders onto SAPChecking all order availability and pricingLiaising with customers in regards to delivery timescalesArranging sample requests and dispatching accordingly via courierRaising documentation for Airfreight and ensuring all documentation is correct and accurate prior to despatchCreating new customer accounts on internal CRM System ensuring all data is kept up to date and accurateStock checking against orders and allocating accurately Liaising with other departments regularly; Production to ensure stock is produced in line with orders received.
Logistics; ensuring any changes in delivery schedules are noted and customers are updated.Candidate requirements:Prior experience in an office based Customer Service roleHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skillsProficiency with IT systems including MS ExcelThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Appointments Personnel who are acting as an employment agency.
