This is a key Company role, responsible for delivering the Companies projects and Everyday business into Production with our FE/UK partners, to meet required launch dates and maintain ongoing availability.
This role requires the ability to manage end to end processes, Critical path management, and implementation of projects on time and within cost.
A meticulous approach and the need to be involved with the detail, with a hands on capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, to deliver Range launches and bespoke projects for our wide Customer base, and maintain a high level of availability, whilst coaching and training the team members to maximise efficiencies and find improvements.
We are looking for a great team motivator, who is driven to give great service to internal and external Customers alike. This will involve agreeing schedules with Factories and Suppliers, managing detailed specifications and instructions to them, to ensure product is produced to requirements, and delivered cost effectively, whilst holding Suppliers to account.
Working closely with other Stakeholders in the Business, as well as with our Sister Company, to drive Best Practice and help lower costs, improve working processes and to meet targets. Regular communication and the need to make visits to our Sister Company and Warehouse in Gloucester when required.
