Technical Support Engineer (MacOS Kandji) Knutsford onsite to £80k
Are you a bright, ambitious Technical Support Engineer with a strong knowledge of MacOS?
You could be progressing your career at a highly successful and scaling Cyber Security technology company that has just received an additional £20 million investment.
As a Technical Support Engineer you'll be a founding member of the team and play a pivotal role in defining and evolving the internal support function, setting best practices and influencing how they scale. You'll be hands-on with supporting internal users with a focus on MacOS, Kandji, Microsoft Entra and Google Workspaces to ensure seamless and secure onboarding, collaborating with software engineers to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
This is a varied role, when not responding to tickets you'll focus on project based work, process, KPI and metric implementation. You'll be supported and have lots of learning and self development opportunities, in time you could become the Lead Support Engineer and help to grow the team.
Location:
You'll join colleagues in amazing offices in Cheshire five days a week with a wide range of facilities and an array of perks including:

About you:
- You have experience in a similar Technical Support / Service Desk role
- You have a strong knowledge of Apple MacOS, MacBooks and Kandji
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Zoom, Google Workspace
- You have advanced analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- You have excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
