Full-Time Housekeeper / Home Manager – Warm & Organised Family in London

We’re a busy, friendly family based in [Your Area, e.g., North London] looking for a reliable, detail-oriented full-time housekeeper/home manager to help keep our home running smoothly. This is a long-term role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys cooking, and brings calm to a busy household.

• Two working parents with demanding jobs (Bloomberg & Meta)
• One young child, hoping to grow our family in the near future
• Moving into a large new home (5 bedrooms, 4 floors)
• Considering getting a dog soon
• Need someone who can take ownership of the home, with minimal supervision

• Daily cleaning and tidying across the home
• Full laundry care (washing, folding, ironing, wardrobe management)
• Grocery shopping and pantry organisation
• Cooking healthy, tasty meals for the family (mostly dinners, batch prep ideal)
• Occasional baking (a bonus!)
• Changing bed linens, managing towels, and general household upkeep
• Occasional support with our child, mostly when one of us is away or we need an extra pair of hands (e.g. during travel)
• Managing deliveries, tradespeople, and helping with travel preparation
• Keeping the home organised and running efficiently

• Trustworthy, kind, and discreet
• Experienced in housekeeping, cooking, and working with families
• Comfortable managing a large household independently
• Fluent in English
• DBS-checked or willing to obtain one
• Dog-friendly and flexible for occasional travel support

• Start date: ASAP
• Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (exact hours flexible)
• Salary: £35,000–£40,000/year gross (depending on experience)
