What skills and experience we're looking for

Churchend Primary Academy is looking to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner who will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed.

The Role
Your focus will be to make a real impact by guiding pupils, at this transformative age, towards a new path and helping to shape their behaviours for the better.
You will:
- Enable children to achieve age related expectations.
- Be an exciting practitioner with a passion for an engaging curriculum.
- Support the emotional development of each and every child.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and the Senior Leadership Team to raise attainment and progress.
- Address challenges strategically, collaboratively and holistically to enable each child to meet their full potential.
- Our ideal candidate has excellent classroom management skills, is highly organised, and is a team player and has strong behaviour management skills.
The Person
