As the new Commercial Property Solicitor, your caseload will include:

Acquisitions and disposals
Negotiating and drafting contracts
Property finance
Corporate support
Residential development

To be successful with your Commercial Property Solicitor application you must:

Have experience in commercial property/residential development
Be NQ to 3 PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
