Community Health Care Assistant

Job Overview

• great rates of pay starting at £12.22 per hour increasing to £13.26 for evenings, weekend and bank holidays

• Support clients with personal care tasks in line with individual care plans
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment within their home
• Help clients with mobility and transfers as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare proffesionals
• Driving to clients homes in the community.
• Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting

• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desired but not essential
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Proficient IT skills for record-keeping and documentation
• Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in caring for others
