More detail about the role The Transformation Team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional senior operational manager to lead a 12 month programme of improvement and transformation in our community theatre services.
Ideally with experience of delivering surgical services, you will have a thorough understanding of the complexities of surgical pathways, and a desire to work closely with our clinical and operational teams to improve the pathways and care we provide to patients.
You will play a key role in developing a longer term strategy for the future of theatre provision in our community sites, maximising the delivery of care closer to patients homes whilst ensuring clinical excellence and positive patient experience.

The postholder will be expected to support colleagues within Transformation and across the Trust, and to provide expert guidance and development to the immediate team and wider organisation.
You will be part of a diverse team of project managers and service change experts, and will be expected to work autonomously in leading a defined portfolio of trust-wide projects.
