Salary: UP TO £28,000 - £33,000 per annum
Office based - Harlow 09:00-17:30
Are you passionate about customer service and looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a thriving distribution company, is searching for a dedicated Customer Service Support professional to join their team in Harlow!

Key Responsibilities:
- Access and manage customer portals (credentials provided).
- Input new product listings and promotional information.
- Resolve supplier queries.
- Update pricing schemes.
- Book deliveries and depot slots.
- Process orders and invoices via email, customer portal.
- Print purchase orders daily.
- Handle credit notes and invoice queries.
- Prepare for customer visits.
- Organise team meetings with customers and sales teams.
- Update customer contact lists and portal details monthly.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Team-oriented attitude with a flexible and friendly approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a knack for multi-tasking.
- A proactive, can-do mindset and willingness to cover for team members when needed.
- SAP experience is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided!
