Conduct thorough fact-finding interviews with clients
Analyse clients' situations and recommend appropriate coverage
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings
Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Cert CII qualification is desirable but not a necessity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Flexible working arrangement 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on suitable life insurance products tailored to their needsConduct thorough fact-finding interviews with clients
Analyse clients' situations and recommend appropriate coverage
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings
Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Requirements
Circa 5 years experience as a Life Insurance BrokerCert CII qualification is desirable but not a necessity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Acturis is desired but not necesssary
