Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Sales Administrator to work in their leading facility in Ellesmere (Shropshire).
For the successful Sales Administrator, our client is offering:
- £24,000 per annum
- Monday- Thursday 8:45am-5pm and Fridays 8:45am- 4:30pm
- Permanent
- Immediate start
- Modern office-based facilities.
The Role - Sales Administrator:
- Supporting the Sales Team and Dealers with order processing
- Providing product quotations to the Sales Team and Dealers
- Assisting with the pricing and margin control
- Assisting with administration of Individual Vehicle Agreements
- Preparing and sending order acknowledgments to customers
- Responsible for progress-chasing
- Acting as a FSCM dispute processor
- SAP vendor/ customer/ part number creator
- Purchasing
- Invoicing
- Observing all safety procedures and instructions and assisting in maintaining a safe working environment including the reporting of any accidents, hazards, near misses, defects or damages to Company equipment to your line manager or Health and Safety
What our client is looking for in a Sales Administrator:
- Experience in a Sales Admin role or similar- ESSENTIAL
- Demonstratable experience of providing excellent customer service in fast fast-paced environment- ESSENTIAL
- Experience raising quotes/ invoices- PREFERRED
- SAP Experience- PREFERRED
- Good IT Skills- ESSENTIAL
