Greenstar Cleaners Limited Crawley
We are looking for a professional cleaning supervisor to clean the most amazing offices in Crawley (near County Oak)
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 18.00 to 20.00.You will be supervising a team of 3 cleaners, you will need to be able to manage the staff, log hours, order supplies for the head office, keep a record holidays. This is a working supervisor role so you will also have your own area to clean.
Skills Needed?- Commercial cleaning experience
- Strong communication skills
- Previous supervising experience
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure high cleaning standards
- Enthusiasm
- Proactive
- This is a regular job, not zero hours
- Provide full training
