We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Reporting Analyst. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our contractual reports. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the preparation and distribution of these reports, which are crucial to our organization’s success.

As part of the service management team, you will ensure the effective management of the Capgemini account function. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and our extensive network of high-profile clients to forecast future needs, address capacity constraints, and enhance performance through comprehensive reporting

This role is full time onsite in Salisbury.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

Your role

The primary responsibilities of this role include:
  • Gather data from various sources, analyse it, and compile it into comprehensive reports.
  • Create and maintain reports that highlight key metrics and trends.
  • Develop data visualization tools to help stakeholders understand complex data.
  • Identify and analyse trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Work with all towers to understand their reporting needs and fulfil them.

Your skills and experience
  • ITIL V4 Foundation certification required, further ITIL certifications are desired.
  • Proficiency in analysing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of reports.
  • Understanding of business operations and the ability to align data analysis with business goals.
  • Understanding of Service Management Framework.

Your security clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.

To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.

Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality. Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
